We are a Mega Agent Team with Keller Williams Realty in Bedford. We are looking for a skilled Listing Manager to oversee the marketing and management process for our amazing clients as well as preparing Marketing Consultations for our Listing Partners. As Listing Manager for a top producing Keller Williams team, you will take full responsibility for the entire listing process from preparing a Marketing Consultation to the Offer Stage. Our ideal candidate has strong administrative and people skills and the desire to grow long-term with the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Create Structure: You will play an integral part in continuing to build the business. You will develop and implement systems and tasks, checklists and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Listing business. You will manage the company’s workflow management program, Realvolve.
Control the Listing Process: You will coordinate the listing process, which includes preparing listing paperwork for multiple agents, managing client and agent communication, reviewing all paperwork for signatures, and utilizing a workflow program to manage each file. You will also prepare materials for our marketing consultations for listings.
Support and Serve: In this role, you will provide administrative support to the team as needed. You will deliver a concierge-level of customer service to clients and cooperating agents and serve as the first point-of-contact for clients. You will act as a Gatekeeper; your Agent will count on you to keep them informed regarding challenges and issues that need to be handled but otherwise keep them free from distraction.

Who You Are:
Experience and Background: You have 2+ years of experience working in office management. Prior experience in a fast paced, process oriented position such as loan processing or transaction coordination or paralegal experience is helpful. You are open and eager to learn new things and to collaborate effectively in a team environment. You have some college-level education experience from an accredited college or university (Bachelor’s Degree or Associates is preferable).
Tech-Savvy: You can learn new programs quickly and are able to troubleshoot common IT issues. You are adept with database management, MS Office Suite, and Internet navigation.
Customer-focused: You are friendly with an upbeat personality that truly shines in all client interactions. You are solution-oriented and can Keep Calm and Carry On. You are great at empathizing with clients and are great at building relationships. You are an excellent communicator, in both verbal and written form.
SUPER Organized: You pay attention to the smallest detail and can juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused and keeping a smile on your face. You excel at following up and following through. You love checklists.
The ULTIMATE Team Player: You are not looking for a position as a stepping-stone into sales. You know that your strengths are best utilized in a supportive role and value the importance of having a strong team. You are willing to work 40 hours per week with evening/weekend flexibility when needed. You also have a reliable form of transportation and are licensed and insured.
